Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any specific reason.

The deadline to cancel an order is 30 days from the date you receive the goods or the day a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by emailing contact@lheure.fr.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of goods that, by their nature, are not returnable, such as perishable goods or those with an expired date.

• The supply of goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods that, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery of the returned item.
